| Scope of Charges
After taking over of the project , we work out the maintenance
charges to be imposed on the particular project /complex / building
after taking into consideration, all constituent of the maintenance
cost plus suitable margin . Generally, the maintenance charges
calculation is done in 3 heads:
- Common Maintenance Charges – For maintaining common area
facilities
- Capital replacement Fund – For replacement of Assets of
Capital Nature.
- Water Charges – For water supply.
