| Refund & Cancellation Policy
SUNRISE ESTATE MANAGEMENT SERVICES (A DIVISION OF GEO CONNECT LIMITED) through www.sems.in,believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- In the event of refund of the amount to the consumer for any reason, the amount will be refunded to the Consumer Once payment is transferred to company i.e. within 7 days.
- The Transaction Processing Fee inclusive of service tax for Payment Gateway Facility - Credit/ Debit Card shall be charged from Consumers and will not be refundable. Any claim of interest on refund amount will not be entertained.
