M/s Sunrise Estate Management Services is a premier maintenance
Agency of Ansal Group. The company was incorporated in 1997 to
maintain & up-keep the real-estate projects handed over to it.
The Services provided are multiple in natures such as maintenance of
civil, electrical services and electrical installations like HT
Transformer, Lifts, Gen sets, Fire Fighting equipments and providing
Security Services in Colonies, Apartments & Commercial Complex.
Over the last one decades, the company has been successfully
maintaining numerous multi- storeyed high rise commercial/
residential buildings, colonies in Delhi, NCR area, other cities
viz. Lucknow, Meerut, Haridwar, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Allahabad,
Bhopal etc. The consolidated turnover of the company exceeds Rs. 120
Million in financial Year 2009-10.
The Company has a team of experienced technical, skilled,
semi-skilled & administrative staff on its payrolls for managing its
activities.
SEMS since being made as the facility management arm of M/s AHCL,
wish to extend its operations beyond the Group projects as strategic
partners to other leading MNC/ organizations primarily in Northern
India owning to its strength on building management systems and self
employment of facility manpower. |
